My name is Kirsten. I'm a mom, wife, traveler. I like long, classic novels, friendly debates, funny and interesting personalities, and astrology (obviously!).

The three most important things I think people should know about astrology are:

1. It doesn’t matter whether you believe in astrology or not.
2. It doesn’t matter whether astrology is real or not.
3. Astrology is thought-provoking and fun.

The three most important things I think people should know about horoscopes are:

1. A horoscope is a mirror. It's all about self-reflection.
2. A horoscope is a puzzle and you're the solution.
3. A horoscope is both a snapshot of individuality and a kaleidoscope of human nature.

What's more intriguing than that?

Over time I’ve come to appreciate astrological charts as inherently beautiful objects, for how they look, for what they represent and for their amazing power to intrigue, inspire and enlighten. 
It has been a long-standing goal of mine to put that unique beauty on display in our own home, and also to share it with others. That’s why I decided to create Planetary Portraits. Here anyone can create their own, beautiful astrology chart art with ease, and start on a journey of self-exploration in a fun and creative way.
