Return Policy
Refunds for returns will only be granted in case of manufacturing defects. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase for any refund to be granted.

We are unable to offer refunds in the case of misspellings, improper dates, names or other false or inaccurate data entered on a chart. If you have very recently submitted an order with a typo or error, see our website FAQ section on typos and errors for possible help.
Claims must be made within the 30-day return period after the date of purchase.
Gift cards and downloadable software products including digital download files are non-refundable.
Before a refund can be issued your item must be returned unused, in the same condition and in the original packaging in which it was received. A receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
If you believe that your item has arrived with a manufacturing defect and you are eligible for a refund please contact us at Contact@planetaryportraits.com with the subject header "DEFECT". Include your order number and a short description (with photo if possible) of the product defect.

Please do not send return items back to the manufacturer and do not return ship your item without first contacting Planetary portraits and receiving detailed instructions about the return process and the correct return address.
Refund Process
Once your email claim has been reviewed you will be instructed on how to return your item in the case that your claim is approved. When your item has been returned to us we will send an email to notify you that it was received. We reserve the right to further inspect your returned item upon receipt and to issue a final approval or rejection of your refund request at that point.
If your claim receives final approval your refund will be processed and you will receive an email within 30 days of approval containing an in-store credit redemption code that can be applied at checkout. In some specially approved cases credit may be issued to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the 30 day approval, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Finally contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a issued refund is posted to your account.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Contact@Planetaryportraits.com with the heading “REFUND STATUS”
Exchanges
Items cannot be exchanged and we do not automatically reissue posters that have been returned or that have qualified for a refund. It is up to the customer to create a new order to replace any items that have been returned unless otherwise organized between the customer and a Planetary Portraits agent during the refund process.
Gifts
Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
Your gift item may be eligible for refund if it meets the eligibility terms above, was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the gift giver will receive any refunds issued and will be the party responsible for handling the return.

Shipping
Send an Email to Contact@Planetaryportraits.com for shipping address details for damaged items.
Customers are initially responsible for return shipping costs. If your return gets final approval, the cost of return shipping will be added to the in-store credit refund issued. If your return does not receive final approval after inspection, return shipping costs are not guaranteed to be refunded.
If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Planetary Portraits cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancelation
Once the payment has been processed by the platform your order can no longer be cancelled. Please carefully check that all of your entries are correct before submitting your order. If you realize you have entered incorrect information for your chart please see our FAQ section on typos and errors.
